• We accept returns of unopened and untampered items. If you wish to return a product, please ensure it remains in its original condition and packaging.

• In-Person Returns: You may return the items in person to our warehouse during our operating hours. Please bring your proof of purchase.

• Courier Returns: You can send the items back to us via courier. However, please note that the shipping costs for returning the items will be the buyer's responsibility.

• In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately. We may request a sample of the faulty product to be returned for inspection purposes before proceeding with the refund. Once the faulty product is received and inspected, we will refund the sale amount and organise the return of the goods.
