• Unopened and Untampered Items: We accept returns of unopened and untampered items. If you wish to return a product, please ensure it remains in its original condition and packaging.

  • In-Person Returns: You may return the items in person to our warehouse during our operating hours. Please ensure to bring your proof of purchase.
  • Courier Returns: Alternatively, you can send the items back to us via courier. However, please note that the shipping costs for returning the items will be borne by the buyer.

• Faulty Products:

  • In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately.
  • We may request a sample of the faulty product to be returned for inspection purposes before proceeding with the refund.
  • Once the faulty product is received and inspected, we will refund the sale amount and organize the return of the goods.
